I didn’t expect St. John Baptist de La Salle to show up at my daughter’s softball tournament… but here we are. We were in Winona, MN for the NCAA DIII games at Saint Mary’s University, just there for the sport. But between games, I wandered the campus and found a sculpture called Stairway to the Stars. For those of us formed by Augustine’s wisdom and love for truth, this is a powerful sign of hope.
